The annual Artifact Small Format Film Festival (formerly the $100 Film Festival) has been presented by the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers (CSIF) since 1992.
Signal took over support of this existing site in 2017 and applied the new branding and home page design developed by Fulcrum Communications as part of the festival renaming. We extended the home page design to the entire website. We are working with CSIF on further design and functionality revisions.
